In the same flexible way you can transmit orders / release orders to your contractors either via SAP or Futura as you prefer. In turn, contractors can record their activities with Futura online.  

The distinct advantage: Futura transfers these activity records automatically on a typical SAP activity recording sheet. There is no need for manual processing.
